    Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders wins award for “Best Community Service Project” at the HBAA Annual Convention in Point Clear, Al.   9. Homebuilder confidence growing slowly, constrained by lending

    Homebuilder confidence barely gained any ground in April, according to the latest homebuilder survey from the National Association of Home Builders. April’s National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo housing index is 47, compared to 46 in March.
