Alicia Vincent

Executive Vice President

Alicia had served as Residential Marketing Supervisor for Alabama Power Company. She worked with Alabama Power for 22 years in various departments such as Governmental Relations, Marketing and Customer Service.

She has more than 10 years experience with the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders (GBAHB) serving on numerous committees such as the GBAHB Board, Remodeler's Council, East and South Chapters, Associates' Council and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Regional Trustee for the Professional Women in Building. Alicia was awarded the 2012 Associate of the Year Award from the Home Builders Association of Alabama (HBAA).  

Alicia graduated from Faulkner University with a degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Management.  Her husband Mark is an electrician and owns a home maintenance business, Dynamic Home Services.  Together they have three children, Jennifer (Ryan) Proscia, Lydia and Kobie and two granddaughters, Evalyn and Vivian Proscia.   Alicia, Mark and Kobie live in Trussville, AL.

Linda Gulsby

Executive Administrative Assistant

Linda Gulsby- Executive Administrative Assistant
Linda has worked 20+ years in the property management industry in an administrative capacity. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and interior decorating. Linda is married to Larry, and together they have four children - one son and three daughters. Additionally, she and Larry enjoy spending time with their four grandsons, two granddaughters and one great-grandson. Linda assists with the front desk, event registrations, GBAHB Hall of Fame, Educational Trust Fund and serves as an Apartment Association Assistant.

Shannon Humenansky

Director of Sales and Promotions

Shannon Humenansky is the Director of Sales and Promotions of the Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders.  She is responsible for managing the Parade of Homes, Association’s Building & Remodeling Expo and working with the Remodeler’s Council.  In addition, she is responsible for soliciting and managing all Association sponsorships. 

Prior to joining GBAHB, Shannon worked as a sales representative for Innovative Surfaces in Hoover and as a District Sales Manager and Sales Representative for American Woodmark Corporation.  She has also served on the Parade of Homes Committee and the Associates Council with the GBAHB for the past two years.  With over twelve years of experience and success in the construction industry, she brings her management, sales and customer service skills to the GBAHB along with her passion for the association.  Shannon graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Administration and is a native of Tampa, Florida.   She lives in Birmingham, AL with her two dachshunds Emmi and Maddie and is an avid runner.

Faye Wallin

Event & Council Coordinator

Faye provides adminstrative and organizational support to both members and staff. She assists in coordination and preparation for events including event registration, catering services and event execution. Faye also works closely with the Remodelers Council and assists other councils and committees. 

Faye graduated Auburn University with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. She previously worked as a Convention Services Manager at the Hyatt Regency-Wynfrey Hotel and most recently served as a Special Events Manager at McWane Science Center. She lives in Birmingham with her husband John and their dog, Hank and cat, Jasper.
